Martial Arts
At our camp, we proudly offer instruction in the ancient disciplines of Shaolin Kempo Karate and the art of self-defense. Led by experienced black belt instructors, campers will learn essential techniques, build strength, and cultivate discipline while immersing themselves in the rich traditions of martial arts. From mastering powerful strikes to honing their focus and agility, our program empowers students to embark on a journey of personal growth and self-discovery through the practice of martial arts.
Team Building means Confidence Building
At our summer camp, we prioritize team building and confidence building activities to foster a supportive and empowering environment for our campers. Answers To Commonly Questions
Do I need any prior experience to attend the camp?
Absolutely not! Children between the ages of 6 and 13 with or without martial arts training and encouraged to come and experience the camp!
What should I wear to camp?
Comfortable and loose clothing is recommended so the kids can move during martial arts classes, obstacle courses, and teambuilding exercises. Most activities will occur inside.
What are the camp hours?
Summer camp is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. Early drop off between 8:00 am and 8:50 am can be arranged for an additional charge. Camp runs the entire week, advanced registration is required, and payment made in full before camp starts. Please call us for more details.
Is the camp suitable for all ages?
We have activities that will engage and encourage children from 6 to 13.
Is lunch provided?
Lunch and snacks are provided and a menu will be provided for the parents ahead of time. Food allergies and sensitivities will be outlined on the registration forms. There will be no tree nut or peanut products in the dojo during camp, please make sure that no food items with those items come to the dojo from home.
Are there any fitness requirements for
summer camp?
No prior martial arts training or specific fitness level is required. Martials arts meets everyone at their level.
